Returns & Exchanges
We will process exchange requests within a 30-day period from the date of order delivery.
Any purchase can be exchanged for a different size or color. In case the size is not available, we shall provide you with a store credit for the full amount.
Store Credits never expire.
All orders go through a quality check before shipping. However, in case you have received a damaged product, please notify us at info@leisurevibez.com within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Products sent to us without a prior email will not be accepted.
The cost of return/exchange shipping is to be borne by the customer.
We will not be arranging a return/exchange pick-up.
"Leisure Vibez" holds the right to NOT accept returns or exchanges in case the product is used or damaged by the customer.
We can only provide a refund if the product is damaged. Customers must report any damages within 24 hours of receiving the product. Refunds for damaged goods will only be processed after a thorough inspection and confirmation of the damage by our team. In cases where damage is not confirmed, we will notify the customer and provide alternative solutions, such as an exchange.
If you are unhappy with the fit, style, or anything else, we are happy to offer an exchange with any product of your choice, depending on your choice.
Condition Requirements
To ensure fairness to all customers, returned or exchanged items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Free of deodorant, makeup, perfume, or visible wear
- Returned with all tags
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, write to us within 4 hours of placing the order at info@leisurevibez.com with the subject: "Order Cancellation: with Order Number."
Refund Policy
